About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and well-connected PR, Marketing & Celebrity Coordination professional to manage PR initiatives, marketing activities, celebrity relationships, and end-to-end coordination for magazine covers, celebrity shoots, events, and brand-led campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage PR campaigns, media relations, press releases, interviews, and editorial opportunities.




- Build and maintain relationships with media houses, journalists, PR agencies, celebrity managers, and talent agencies.
- Coordinate celebrity collaborations, interviews, appearances, and brand partnerships.
- Manage end-to-end celebrity cover shoots, including scheduling, talent coordination, production, and approvals.
- Coordinate with Editorial, Creative, Social Media, Production, and Sales teams for seamless execution.

Requirements

- 3-4 years of experience in PR, Marketing, Celebrity Management, Media, Entertainment, or Lifestyle.
- Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Existing relationships with celebrities, talent managers, PR agencies, and media will be an advantage.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.
