Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Digital CRM Consultant with strong expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate (Desktop & Cloud), Model-Driven Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse. Experience with UiPath and Microsoft Dynamics customization is highly preferred.

Experience

- 9–15 years of overall IT experience
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Power Platform

Mandatory Skills

- UiPath (Hands-on preferred; minimum basic knowledge required)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) solutions.
- Develop and automate business processes using Power Automate Desktop (RPA) and Power Automate Cloud.




- Build dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Design and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, security, and data integration.
- Customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.
- Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions following best practices.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable CRM solutions.
- Support production issues, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.
- Leverage UiPath for automation where applicable.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
- Good understanding of Dataverse architecture and Dynamics CRM.
- Experience in enterprise workflow automation and RPA.
- Knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, and Dynamics plugins is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and deliver high-quality solutions within timelines.
