Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Post Graduate Teacher / NEET Expert in Biology, based in Raebareli. The educator will plan and deliver engaging Biology lessons aligned with senior secondary and NEET curricula, ensuring conceptual clarity and strong exam preparation. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, classroom teaching, conducting doubt-clearing sessions, organizing assessments, and providing targeted feedback to support student progress.





The role involves developing NEET-focused practice materials, mentoring students for competitive examinations, and maintaining academic records in line with school policies. Collaboration with colleagues, participation in school events, and ongoing career development are expected to support the holistic growth of learners.

Qualifications

- Strong Teaching and Training skills to deliver Biology concepts effectively and prepare students for NEET and board examinations.
- Lesson Planning and Education expertise to design structured, curriculum-aligned lessons and assessments for senior secondary classes.
- Excellent Communication skills to explain complex topics clearly, engage diverse learners, and interact with parents and colleagues.
- Postgraduate degree (M.Sc. or equivalent) in Biology or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- Relevant teaching experience at senior secondary level; prior NEET coaching or competitive exam preparation experience is highly beneficial.
- Ability to use educational technology and digital resources to enhance classroom teaching and student practice.
- Commitment to value-based education, student-centered pedagogy, and inclusive classroom practices.
- Strong classroom management, mentoring, and analytical skills to track performance and implement improvement strategies.
