Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain a portfolio of clients and properties/investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and understand their investment requirements.
- Identify suitable property/investment options based on clients’ budget, goals, and preferences.
- Regularly follow up with clients and provide updates on new projects, pricing, offers, and market opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales, presales, developers, and internal teams to ensure smooth client handling.
- Track client interactions, leads, meetings, site visits, and conversions through CRM.
- Conduct client meetings and property/project presentations when required.
- Assist clients throughout the sales process,



from initial enquiry to booking and documentation.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and cross-selling.
- Monitor portfolio performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and new launches.
- Achieve assigned monthly client retention, site visit, and sales/conversion targets.

Requirements

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and convincing ability
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of sales process
- Graduate / Undergraduate (any field)
- 1–3 years of experience

Salary & Benefits

- 30,000 – 45,000 per month (depends on interview & exp)
