First, what is TRP?

The Real Podcast (TRP) by Suhas Shetty is a podcast built around real conversations with founders, entrepreneurs, industry leaders, creators, F&B; disruptors and brand builders.

No scripted interviews. No unnecessary fluff.

The idea is simple — having genuine conversations with interesting people and bringing out the knowledge, experiences and stories behind what they’ve built.

What is this role?

We’re looking for a Podcast Intern who wants to be involved in the process behind these conversations and work on real podcast projects.

You should be someone who is:

- Experienced and skilled in content/podcast-related work
- Comfortable communicating in Telugu
- Curious about people, businesses and their stories
- Positive at understanding conversations and identifying interesting points
- Willing to learn,



create and take responsibility
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving creative environment

Relevant experience is mandatory, and Telugu proficiency is a must.

This is not an internship where you simply watch from the sidelines.

You’ll get to work around real conversations with people from the food, business, entrepreneurship and brand-building space and be part of creating content from those conversations.
