Job Overview

As a Project Manager for Customer Experience (CX), you will be responsible for leading and managing customer experience projects across various departments.

Your role will involve planning, executing, and overseeing the implementation of our customer experience strategies to ensure they align with our business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your expertise in project management and customer experience will be crucial in driving our company's success in delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

· Manage and deliver the project within the agreed time, cost, and quality constraints.

· Implement Scrum and Agile Safe methodologies in the project management process.

· Manage software configuration and control changes in the software.

· Coordinate with the team and stakeholders to ensure the project's success.

Required Skills

· Software Configuration: The candidate must have a robust understanding of software configuration and its principles. They should be able to manage and control changes in the software.

· Scrum: The candidate should have a deep understanding of Scrum methodologies and be able to implement them effectively in the project.

· Agile Safe:



The candidate should have experience in Agile Safe practices and be able to apply them in the project management process.

· A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.

Preferred Skills

· Adobe Commerce: Knowledge of Adobe Commerce can be beneficial for managing e-commerce projects.

· Jira: Experience with Jira software can be beneficial for tracking issues and managing project tasks.

· Power App: Knowledge of Power App can be beneficial for creating business solutions.

· Microsoft Power Platform: Experience with Microsoft Power Platform can be beneficial for automating business processes.

· SP 2019 On-premise Development: Knowledge of SP 2019 On-premise Development can be beneficial for managing SharePoint projects.

· Configure Price Quote(CPQ): Experience with CPQ can be beneficial for managing sales processes.

· CRM: Knowledge of CRM systems can be beneficial for managing customer relationships.

· Risk Management: Experience in risk management can be beneficial for identifying and mitigating project risks.

· Budget Planning & Allocation: Knowledge of budget planning and allocation can be beneficial for managing project finances.

· Resourcing: Experience in resourcing can be beneficial for managing project resources.
