1. Robust PLSQL Experience.
2. Lead Experience.
3. WMS/SCM Domain experience is preferred but it's not mandatory.
4. If candidate has worked in only BFSI domain then it would not work.
5. Candidate should have experience in multiple domains (Banking, Retail, MFG etc).
6. Experience in MFG domain would be preferred but again it's not mandatory.
7. There will be no rejections on the basis of candidate's knowledge in WMS/SCM domain as it's not mandatory.
