Role Description The Plant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day plant operations for the manufacturing of nails and fasteners in an on-site role based in Vadodara. This full-time position includes monitoring production schedules, coordinating work assignments, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and optimizing workflow and resource utilization. The role involves supervising plant staff, providing on-the-job guidance, resolving operational issues, and communicating clearly with management and cross-functional teams.

The Plant

Supervisor will also collaborate with maintenance personnel to minimize downtime,



support preventive maintenance planning, and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and transparent communication.
- Candidates should possess experience in Plant Operations, including production planning, workflow management, and quality assurance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Plant Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to support equipment reliability and safety.
- Candidates should possess Training abilities to coach staff on processes, safety practices, and standard operating procedures.
- Candidates should ideally have knowledge of manufacturing processes related to nails and fasteners or similar industrial products.
- Candidates should have familiarity with safety regulations, lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices, and basic data/reporting skills.
- Candidates should have a diploma or degree in mechanical, industrial, or production engineering, or a related field, along with relevant plant experience.
