Job Purpose To manage overall MRF operations and ensure secure, efficient and cost-effective plant performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall plant operations and daily activities.
- Ensure processing, segregation, recovery and dispatch targets.
- Plan manpower, shifts and resources.
- Monitor productivity, recovery, rejection and downtime.
- Coordinate Operations, Maintenance, EHS/QA, MIS, Weighbridge and Administration.
- Ensure safety, environmental, quality and client compliance.
- Monitor machinery maintenance and plant uptime.
- Review operational and departmental reports.
- Control manpower, consumable and operational costs.
- Ensure housekeeping, discipline and security.
- Coordinate with client/ULB, management and vendors.
- Resolve operational issues and implement improvements.
- Ensure timely reporting and proper documentation.

Qualification & Skills

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Operations or relevant field preferred.
- Experience in MRF, waste management, recycling or industrial operations preferred.
- Strong plant and manpower management skills.
- Good knowledge of EHS, QA, maintenance and MIS.
- Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
