AB InBev India is looking to hire Planning and Performance Manager for its manufacturing unit based out of Sonipat, Haryana.

We're looking for a highly analytical, ambitious, and driven skilled to partner with brewery leadership in driving cost optimization, performance improvement, forecasting, CAPEX evaluation, and business planning.

What You'll Do

✅ Drive budgeting & forecasting processes

✅ Identify cost-saving and productivity opportunities

✅ Build CAPEX business cases and track ROI

✅ Analyze operational KPIs and improve performance

✅ Lead reporting and business reviews with leadership





✅ Turn complex data into actionable business insights

What We're Looking For

✔ 5-6 years of work experience in same or similar roles

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✔ Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, FP&A;, or operations finance

✔ Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills (Power BI is a plus)

✔ SAP ERP exposure preferred

✔ Experience in Beer, Alcobev, Soft Drinks, or FMCG industry is an advantage
