Role Description As a Placement Coordinator at SkillCircle™ in Laxmi Nagar, you will manage end-to-end placement activities for learners and alumni in a full-time, on-site capacity. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with hiring partners, identifying relevant job and internship opportunities, and matching candidates to suitable roles based on their skills and career goals. You will conduct placement briefings, coordinate interviews,



assist learners with resume and portfolio preparation, and provide guidance on interview readiness and professional etiquette.

The role also involves tracking placement outcomes, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with trainers and mentors to align curriculum with industry requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation to support learners and liaise effectively with hiring partners.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for presentations, counseling, and employer outreach.
- Background or experience in education, training, or career services to understand learner needs and academic pathways.
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or campus placements, including screening profiles and coordinating selection processes.
- Ability to work in office in Laxmi Nagar in a full-time role, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of digital skills domains such as Digital Marketing or Data Science is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional certifications in HR, career counseling, or education management are beneficial.
