Malayalam language preferred

We're looking for Relationship Managers to manage and grow customer relationships within an assigned pin-code portfolio. This is a phygital role, combining in-person meetings, video calls, and tele-engagement to deliver value-based banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and deepen relationships with existing customers
- Acquire new customers through VRM & lead channels
- Cross-sell Asset Products (HL, LAP, PL, CL, WC, CV, etc.)
- Drive Liability Products (CASA, TD) and Investment Products (MF, LI, GI, Trinity)
- Collaborate with internal teams to close opportunities




- Ensure superior customer experience and long-term engagement

Ideal Candidate

- Graduate/Post-graduate with 1+ year experience in BFSI Sales
- Robust customer handling, sales & negotiation skills
- Comfortable with digital tools and multi-channel engagement
- Fluency in Malayalam (mandatory/preferred)
