- Provide technical support to clients, identifying and resolving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues, utilizing expertise in PHP, Node.js, and Spring Boot.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to clients. Skilled & Technical Skills:

Experience with Node.js and Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
