Job Summary
Medifalcon Diagnostics is looking for a qualified and dedicated Phlebotomist to join our team for patient sample collection and diagnostic services.
The ideal candidate should have valuable phlebotomy skills, professional communication, and be comfortable travelling extensively for home sample collection and other field assignments.
Key Responsibilities
Collect blood and other diagnostic samples from patients safely and professionally.
Conduct home sample collections as per assigned schedules.
Follow proper procedures for patient identification, sample collection, labelling, handling, storage and transportation.
Maintain strict hygiene, infection-control and safety standards.
Handle patients professionally and provide a comfortable collection experience.
Coordinate with the laboratory and customer service teams regarding sample collection and transportation.
Maintain accurate records of collected samples and field visits.
Travel to different locations as required for patient sample collection.
Maintain professionalism and represent Medifalcon Diagnostics positively while interacting with patients.
Ensure timely submission and safe transportation of collected samples to the laboratory.
Eligibility & Requirements
DMLT / Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent qualification is required.
Previous experience as a Phlebotomist will be preferred.
100% willingness to travel is mandatory.
Two-wheeler is mandatory.
Valid Driving Licence (DL) is mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interact courteously and professionally with patients.
Knowledge of proper blood collection, sample handling and basic laboratory procedures.
Candidates should be punctual, responsible and comfortable working in a field-based role.
Salary
Salary: Negotiable and as per industry norms, based on qualification, experience and suitability.
