Overview

Seeking a hands-on Senior Engineer to build and evolve an internal platform using a spec-driven, AI-assisted development model. The role blends platform engineering and full-stack development to deliver scalable internal tools, reusable services, and robust developer experiences. The engineer will work across frontend, backend, architecture, and AI-assisted workflows while collaborating with US-based and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable platform capabilities, APIs, and internal tools using a spec-first approach.

- Leverage AI/LLM tools to generate, validate, refactor, and document software solutions.
- Translate responsive design concepts into intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
- Develop reusable frontend and backend components adoptable across multiple teams.
- Contribute to architecture decisions focused on scalability, reliability, maintainability, and performance.
- Build and maintain code generation, automation, and developer productivity workflows.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with US-based and global stakeholders with strong ownership and accountability.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience building modern web applications and internal platforms.
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience building responsive, accessible, user-friendly interfaces.
- Backend development experience using Node.js, Python, PHP/Symfony, or similar frameworks.
- Strong debugging,



troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with API-first and contract-first development (OpenAPI, Swagger, GraphQL, JSON/YAML schemas).
- Hands-on use of AI tools such as GPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar for code generation, testing, documentation, and refactoring.
- Experience designing repeatable engineering workflows using automation and code generation.
- Experience with service-oriented or microservices architectures.
- Strong understanding of scalability, performance, reliability, and system design.
- Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and observability tooling.
