Role Description The PGT Chemistry role is a full-time, on-site teaching position based at Mahesh Memorial Public Higher Secondary School in Bagh. The faculty member will plan and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons for senior secondary classes in line with CBSE curriculum and school guidelines. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting theory and practical sessions in the laboratory, assessing student performance, and maintaining accurate academic records.
The role involves guiding students in experiments, projects, and exam preparation,

Qualifications
- Chemistry domain expertise: Strong subject knowledge in Chemistry, with the ability to teach senior secondary (PGT) level effectively.
- Analytical and laboratory skills: Proficiency in analytical thinking, experimental design, and safe, effective use of laboratory equipment and procedures.
- Communication and pedagogy: Clear, student-centered communication skills, classroom management abilities, and aptitude for explaining complex concepts in easy terms.
- Research and development orientation: Capacity to incorporate R&D; approaches, current scientific developments, and practical applications into classroom and laboratory work.
- Educational qualifications: Master’s degree in Chemistry (or closely related discipline) with B.Ed or equivalent teacher training; familiarity with CBSE curriculum and assessment patterns.
- Technology and planning: Ability to use basic educational technology, prepare structured lesson plans, and maintain academic records and documentation.
