Role Description The PGT Business/Economics educator will teach senior school students (primarily Classes XI and XII) in line with CBSE curriculum and Cambridge curriculum requirements, delivering engaging lessons that build conceptual clarity and practical understanding in Business Studies and Economics.

Responsibilities include planning and implementing unit plans, preparing teaching materials, assessing student performance through tests and assignments, and providing constructive feedback to support academic growth. The role involves maintaining accurate records, participating in curriculum development,



organizing subject-related activities and projects, and contributing to school events, workshops, and parent interactions. The educator will collaborate with colleagues to integrate technology and innovative pedagogy into classroom instruction, while upholding the school’s values and code of conduct.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Faridabad, India.

Qualifications

- Strong subject expertise in Business Studies and Economics, with the ability to teach CBSE and Cambridge senior secondary curriculum effectively.
- Postgraduate degree in Business Studies, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline, along with B.Ed. or equivalent professional teaching qualification.
- Demonstrated teaching experience at senior school level.
- Proficiency in using educational technology, smart classroom tools, and online portals for lesson delivery, assessment, and communication.
- Excellent classroom management, lesson planning, and assessment skills, with a student-centered and inclusive teaching approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, and ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Commitment to holistic development of learners, including support for co-curricular activities, projects, and experiential learning.
