Role Description The Assistant Manager – Inside Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, nurturing leads, and converting prospects into paying customers for Siama Skincare’s services. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, presenting service offerings, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools,



and collaborating with the operations and marketing teams to improve sales performance. The Assistant Manager will monitor sales metrics, follow up on leads from digital campaigns, support account management activities, and help ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves preparing sales reports, identifying opportunities for growth, and contributing to the refinement of sales processes.
