Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Noida. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective and existing clients, present property investment options, and explain the value, returns, and risks associated with each opportunity. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings, managing inquiries, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in sales and CRM systems. The role involves coordinating property visits, preparing basic sales documentation,



and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes. The Sales Associate is expected to meet sales targets, provide high-quality customer service, and represent Big Bucks’ commitment to trust and transparency in every interaction.

Qualifications
Strong client-facing skills, including communication, active listening, and relationship building.
Sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in handling leads, closing deals, and working toward targets.
Basic knowledge of real estate or financial products, with the ability to learn investment concepts and explain them clearly.
Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and other standard office software to track client interactions and sales data.
Ability to work in office in Noida, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.
