Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Junior Sales Executive will support the sales team in identifying prospective clients, qualifying leads, and presenting RDS Digital’s services to startups and growing businesses. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and following up with potential and existing clients.



The role involves collaborating with the marketing and account management teams to understand client requirements and propose suitable digital solutions. The Junior Sales Executive will also assist in preparing sales reports, tracking performance against targets, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and present services clearly to prospective clients.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as online advertising, social media, SEO, and lead generation.
