We are looking for atarget-driven and field-oriented Senior Manager – Salesresponsible for generating leads, meeting clients andclosing deals independently.
Candidates from Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, Real Estate or B2 B Saleswith strong field-sales and target-achievement experience will be preferred. Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through field visits, references and networking.
Handle the complete sales cycle fromlead generation to final closure.
Meet clients, understand requirements and present solar solutions.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
Build strong relationships with business owners, CXOs and decision-makers.




Maintain sales pipeline and achieve monthly/annual targets.
Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Engineering and Projects teams for smooth closure.
Regularly update CRM and sales reports.
Candidate Profile
6–12 years of sales experience.
Strongfield sales and deal-closingexperience.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Solid networking and relationship-building abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
Aggressive, self-motivated and target-orientedwith high ownership.
