About the Role
As we continue to redefine the sporting landscape across India—from world-class athletic tracks to high-performance indoor arenas—MSG Sports Infratek is looking for a versatile Civil Engineer. This is a dual-responsibility role that bridge the gap between technical documentation and on-ground execution. You will be responsible for securing new projects through the government tendering process and ensuring our ongoing sites maintain the highest standards of engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Tendering & Bidding (Office Based):
End-to-end management of the tendering process on various government portals (GeM, e-Procurement, CPWD, etc.).
Detailed study of tender documents, technical specifications, and eligibility criteria.
Preparation of technical and financial bids, ensuring all documentation is compliant and submitted within deadlines.
Liaising with departments for pre-bid queries and clarifications.

Ensuring work is executed as per the approved technical drawings and quality standards.
Managing on-site labor, subcontractors, and material reconciliation to prevent wastage.
Maintaining strict project timelines and reporting daily progress to the management team in Agra.
3. Technical Design & Estimation:
Quantifying materials and preparing cost estimations for upcoming projects.
Coordinating with the design team; proficiency in AutoCAD to read, modify, or prepare site layouts is highly preferred.
Candidate Profile
Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in civil construction. Experience specifically in sports infrastructure or flooring is a significant plus.
Technical Skills: Expertise in navigating government e-tendering portals.
Robust command over AutoCAD (2D/3D) shall be an added advantag
