About the Role We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountantto manage the day-to-day accounts and financial records of ourreal estate business. The role requires strong accounting fundamentals along with an understanding of project-related expenses, vendor payments, property transactions and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities Maintain accurateday-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
Record and reconcile allreceipts, payments, purchases, expenses and journal entries.
Manageaccounts payable and accounts receivable.
Trackproject-wise income and expensesfor real estate and construction activities.
Maintain records ofproperty-related payments, customer collections, advances and outstanding balances.
Process and trackcontractor, supplier and vendor bills and payments.
Verify invoices, supporting documents and payment requests before accounting.
Perform regularbank and cash reconciliations.
Maintain petty cash and monitor day-to-day office and project expenses.




Preparemonthly Profit & Loss statements, expense reports, cash-flow summaries and other MIS reports.
Assist management withproject budgets, actual-vs-budget tracking and cost monitoring.
Maintain proper documentation for agreements, invoices, receipts and financial transactions.
Handle GST, TDS and other applicable statutory accounting and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks and other external parties when required.
Support payroll accounting and employee-related payments.
Ensure accounting records are organised and updated for audits and management review.
Requirements B. Com / M. Com / Finance or Accounting-related qualification.
Previous experience as an Accountant, preferably inreal estate, construction or property development.
Strong knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing and basic Indian accounting compliance.
Experience with bank reconciliation, vendor accounting
