Role: Media Sales
Department: Creative Solutions
Location: Kolkata, Tollygunge - West Bengal

Responsibilities:

Generate and convert leads for Creative, Digital Marketing, Media, Branding, Social Media and Video Production services.
Must have a good understanding of creative concepts, media planning, digital platforms, content formats and campaign execution.
Understand client requirements and suggest the right creative and media solutions.
Coordinate with Creative, Digital, Media and Production teams for proposals and pitches.
Present ideas, media plans and agency capabilities confidently to clients.
Negotiate commercials and close new business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Upsell and cross-sell additional agency services.
Maintain regular follow-ups, sales pipeline and client relationships.

Requirements

Strong business development and sales skills.




Good understanding of Creative, Digital Marketing, Media, Branding, Social Media and Video Production.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand client briefs and translate them into relevant agency solutions.
Robust networking, relationship management and follow-up skills.
Target-driven with a strong focus on revenue generation and closures.
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple creative and execution teams.
Strong commercial understanding and problem-solving ability.

Ideal Candidate: Someone with experience in agency sales / business development, preferably from a creative, digital, media, advertising, branding, production or marketing agency background.
