Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Officer role based in Karnataka, India. The Medical Officer will provide primary and emergency medical care to employees, including examination, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of health concerns. Responsibilities include maintaining the onsite clinic, managing medical records, coordinating preventive health programs, and conducting regular health check-ups.



The role involves close collaboration with physicians, local hospitals, and healthcare providers to ensure timely referrals and continuity of care. The Medical Officer will also deliver health education, first-aid training, and workplace safety guidance to support employee well-being and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Medicine, with the ability to diagnose, treat, and manage common occupational and general health conditions.
Demonstrated Patient Care skills, including compassionate clinical practice, clear communication, and effective follow-up.
Experience in Surgery or minor procedures, with competence in emergency response and stabilization when required.
Ability to provide Training in first aid, health awareness, and preventive care programs for employees.
Experience Working with Physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate referrals, specialist consultations, and continuity of care.
