Vedantu is looking for a high-ownership, data-driven Growth Manager to lead our post-acquisition growth engine across Activation, Engagement, and Retention. In this role, you will work at the intersection of Product, Data, Lifecycle Marketing, and Experimentation to identify what drives long-term user value and build scalable growth initiatives around it.

You will own critical growth metrics including MAU, Activation, and Retention, while driving initiatives across signup and onboarding funnels, lifecycle journeys, owned product surfaces, experimentation, and cohort quality. Key Responsibilities:
Growth & Retention: Own post-acquisition growth across Activation, Engagement, and Retention, with a robust focus on identifying behaviors and interventions that drive long-term user value.
Growth Metrics: Own and influence key metrics including MAU, activation, engagement, and retention,



and establish clear frameworks to measure business impact.
Signup & Activation: Analyze and optimize signup, onboarding, and activation funnels by identifying friction points, improving value exchange, and defining the right activation metric.
Growth Experimentation: Design and execute high-impact A/B tests and growth experiments. Develop hypotheses, define success metrics, analyze results, and determine what to scale, iterate, or stop.
Lifecycle Growth: Build and optimize lifecycle journeys across Push, Email, and In-App channels to improve engagement and retention through segmentation, personalization, and timely interventions.
Owned Product Surfaces: Develop growth strategies across banners, placements, interstitials, empty states, and other in-product surfaces, while measuring their incremental impact.
Cohort & User Quality Analysis: Analyze user cohorts, acquisition sources, and behavioral patterns to understand what drives act
