Kestra Holdings is seeking a Junior Salesforce Developer to support the ongoing modernization and scale of our Salesforce ecosystem across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Marketing Cloud, and AI-enabled capabilities.



This role is ideal for a Salesforce technologist who has a strong foundation in configuration and development concepts and is ready to grow through hands-on delivery in an enterprise setting.
You will work closely with Senior Developers, the Technical Architect, Solution Architect, Product Owners, and cross-functional partners to configure, build, test, and document scalable platform solutions that improve advisor and home office experiences.

What You’ll Do:
Build and Configure Salesforce Solutions: Assist with Salesforce configuration and development using Flows, custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, custom metadata, Apex, and Lightning Web Components under senior technical guidance.
Support User Stories and Technical Delivery: Translate defined requirements and acceptance criteria into clear technical tasks, partnering with Product Owners, Senior Developers, and architects to clarify scope and expected outcomes.
