You'll work directly with the Founder to shape how Novella is experienced across every touchpoint.

What You'll Own
• Brand communication across every platform.
• Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube content planning.
• Client communication from enquiry to booking.
• Writing proposals, presentations and storybooks.
• Luxury copywriting and storytelling.
• Social media strategy and content calendar.
• Website content and landing pages.
• Email campaigns and WhatsApp communication.
• Brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• PR opportunities and media communication.
• Collaboration with photographers, filmmakers and designers.




• Creative direction for campaigns.
• Canva presentations and premium marketing collaterals.
• Internal communication across teams.
• Reputation management.

What We're Looking For
Excellent spoken and written English.
Exceptional storytelling ability.
Strong understanding of luxury brands.
Excellent Canva skills.
Strong visual taste and attention to detail.
Experience managing premium social media accounts.
Understanding of branding and customer psychology.
Knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Experience writing marketing campaigns.
Ability to work directly with founders.
Excellent organisational skills.
A natural eye for aesthetics.
