The role
We run a performance-based creator program. Creators make video ads for our apps and get paid on output and performance — no retainers, no upfront fees. Your job is to build that creator base from zero: find them, pitch them, sign them up, and keep them producing.
What you'll do
Source influencers and UGC creators across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook and Moj — Hindi-belt and Tier 2/3 focused
Run high-volume outreach: DMs, calls, WhatsApp, email. This is a numbers game before it's a relationship game
Pitch the creator program clearly — what the payout model is, what earning potential looks like, what we need from them
Onboard signed creators: brief them, share references and ad hooks, get first video shipped fast
Chase output. Keep creators active, follow up on drops, re-engage the ones who go quiet




Track everything — outreach sent, response rate, sign-ups, videos delivered, cost per video, ad performance by creator
Feed winning creative patterns back to creators so their next video performs better
What you need
1–3 yrs in influencer marketing, creator ops, UGC sourcing or affiliate/partnerships
Comfortable with rejection and high-volume outreach — most creators will say no to a pay-on-delivery model
Robust Hindi and English; able to pitch on a call, not just over DM
Sharp eye for which creator will actually convert on a performance ad vs who just has follower count
Spreadsheet-comfortable. You'll own your own funnel numbers
Open to 6 days a week from our Noida office
