Role Description:

The Strategic Partnership Associate (Freshers) role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the associate will support the identification, evaluation,



and onboarding of strategic partners such as schools, institutions, and organizations aligned with BrightCHAMPS’ mission. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, assisting in outreach campaigns, preparing presentations and proposals, and maintaining partner databases and reports. The associate will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to coordinate partnership activities, track performance metrics, and help ensure smooth execution of partnership initiatives. The role also involves regular communication with internal stakeholders to share insights, gather feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of partnership strategies.

Qualifications:

Strong desire to learn and grow in the marketing and partnership domain.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
