Role Description The Placement Head is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, responsible for leading and managing the placement activities for learners at CliniLaunch Research Institute. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with industry partners, hospitals, CROs,



and pharmaceutical organizations to create placement opportunities. The Placement Head will oversee end-to-end placement processes, including identifying suitable roles, coordinating interviews, tracking outcomes, and ensuring timely communication with learners and employers. Day-to-day tasks include mentoring learners on employability skills, organizing placement drives and career workshops, maintaining placement records and reports, and collaborating with academic and training teams to align programs with market needs. The role also requires monitoring industry trends, gathering employer feedback, and continuously improving placement strategies to enhance overall placement effectiveness.
Qualifications
Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in talent acquisition or placement coordination.
Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and HR Policies relevant to hiring and workforce management in India.
