Role Description The Senior Accountant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. The Senior Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, reconciliations,



and preparation of financial statements. Responsibilities include overseeing statutory and tax compliance, supporting audits, assisting in GST and income tax filings, and preparing working papers and schedules for partners. The role involves reviewing work done by junior team members, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards, and providing guidance and training where needed. The Senior Accountant will collaborate with partners and clients on financial analysis, reporting, and advisory assignments, helping deliver timely, high-quality services.
Qualifications
Strong accounting and financial reporting skills, including ledger management, reconciliations, and preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
Proficiency in audit and assurance practices, with experience supporting statutory audits, internal audits, and documentation of working papers.
