Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative based in Hisar, Haryana for our Solar Power Project Run by Monitrix in Haryana. The representative will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential clients, promoting the company’s services, and driving sales to meet targets. Additional duties include providing effective customer service,
collaborating with internal teams, and supporting training and development initiatives for the sales team. The role will also involve creating and executing marketing strategies aimed at expanding the company's market presence.
Qualifications
Robust communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
Proven experience in sales with an ability to meet and exceed targets.
Knowledge and skills in sales and marketing strategies to develop and execute effective campaigns.
Ability to train and guide team members to achieve optimum performance.
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
An understanding of bookkeeping and accounting services is an added advantage.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools and a willingness to learn new technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
