JOB SUMMARY

Azista Space is redefining space accessibility through indigenous innovation and industrial scalability. As India’s leader in private-sector satellite mass-production,



we are seeking an experienced Lens Fabrication & Finishing Specialist to lead the manufacturing of high-precision transmissive optical components including spherical, aspherical, and cylindrical lenses integral to advanced satellite payloads and optical systems.

In this role, you will take hands-on ownership of the full fabrication lifecycle, transitioning components from raw substrate blank generation and block polishing to precision edging, centration, and multi-element lens assembly. Working out of Hyderabad, you will work with diverse optical materials, ranging from standard optical glasses to specialized IR/UV crystals, ensuring every component satisfies rigorous space-flight standards.

Your primary focus will center on achieving sub-micron tolerances, optimizing yield across CNC polishing and pitch/pad operations, maintaining strict ISO 10110 / MIL-spec surface quality, and ensuring zero-defect optica
