Role Description
The Senior Finance Manager – Business Finance & Controllership is a full-time, on-site role based in West Delhi.

The role will own financial controllership and business finance across Healthy18's e-commerce, distribution, warehousing, and services businesses. The position requires a strong combination of working capital management, cash-flow planning, accounting, taxation, banking, e-commerce reconciliation, commercial finance,



P&L; management, and people leadership.

The Senior Finance Manager will work closely with leadership, Key Account Management, procurement, operations, warehousing, brands, marketplaces, banks, auditors, and other stakeholders to ensure that business growth is supported by strong financial discipline.

Qualifications
Strong experience in working-capital management, treasury, cash-flow forecasting, P&L; management, accounting, taxation, and financial controllership.
Demonstrated experience managing inventory, receivables, payables, credit terms, banking limits, and cash conversion cycles in a working-capital-intensive business.
Hands-on experience dealing with banks, working-capital facilities, BGs, LCs, invoice discounting, or similar financing arrangements.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, month-end and year-end closure, balance-sheet reconciliation, provisions, and financial controls.
