1. Company Description:

2. Job Purpose:
The Maintenance Supervisor based in Ghana will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and optimal performance of production equipment, machinery, and facility utilities. The role involves leading the maintenance team, implementing preventive and corrective maintenance strategies, minimizing equipment downtime, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

3. Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee maintenance and repair of production equipment and plant utilities.




Ensure maximum equipment availability and minimize production downtime.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life.
Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance technicians and electricians.
Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and procurement.
Conduct root cause analysis for equipment breakdowns and implement long-term solutions.

4. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
4–7 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Proven experience in a manufacturing industry is mandatory.
Experience in the beverage manufacturing industry is mandatory.
