Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive our growth by building strong partnerships with schools and educational institutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting meetings and demonstrations, achieving sales targets, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify new leads from schools and educational institutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with school management, principals, and decision-makers.
Conduct product presentations, meetings, and STEM program demonstrations.




Plan and execute business development strategies to expand into new markets.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify new partnership and collaboration opportunities.
Follow up with prospects and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Track sales activities, leads, conversions, and performance metrics.
Prepare reports and contribute ideas for business growth and market expansion.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Target-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Experience in B2B sales or the education sector will be an advantage.
Willingness to travel for school visits, meetings, and demonstrations.
