Interior Design Product Support Specialist

We are looking for an interior designer who enjoys working with design softwares and helping others use it effectively.

Responsibilities
Support designers and internal teams using Blocks (our in house designing tool)
Understand user queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear solutions.
Conduct product demos, onboarding, and basic training sessions.
Document recurring issues and coordinate with product and technology teams.
Share user feedback and suggest improvements to the product experience.

Requirements
Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Valuable understanding of interior-design workflows, drawings, materials, and furniture.
Comfortable learning and working with digital design tools.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
Patient and comfortable explaining processes to different types of users.

Experience with brands like Homelane, Livspace, Design Cafe will be an advantage with a good understanding of their tools.

Budget: Upto 5 LPA
Should be flexible with timings and working on weekends (Mon-Tue off)
