Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for leading and driving residential property sales. The role involves managing a sales team, setting and tracking sales targets, and overseeing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. The Sales Manager will regularly meet clients, conduct property presentations and site visits, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth customer experience. Daily tasks include monitoring market trends, coordinating with marketing and operations teams, preparing sales reports,



and maintaining accurate CRM records. The role also includes mentoring team members, implementing sales strategies, and upholding company standards and compliance in all client interactions.
