We are looking for a full-time Finance Manager (/Senior)– FP&A; & Strategy at Sciometrix, a healthtech/digital care company, to own core FP&A; (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modelling, and investor/board reporting) while directly partnering with our Tech and RCM teams to build MIS trackers and dashboards out of raw operational data — patient engagement, account status, and cohort/retention tracking — not just standard finance reports; the ideal candidate has 7+ years of progressive FP&A; experience (including 2+ years in a leadership role), solid advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, Power Query) with a proven ability to build trackers from raw/unstructured data, comfort working with non-finance teams on ambiguous data, and ideally some exposure to fundraising/investor research, SQL.
