Key Responsibilities:
Lead Agile/Scrum teams and ensure effective project planning and delivery.
Manage project/release planning, estimations, prioritization, and timelines.
Work closely with Product Owners, sponsors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.




Track sprint/release progress, risks, issues, KPIs, and delivery commitments.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, decision-making, conflict resolution, and team collaboration.
Ensure adherence to Agile practices, governance, and delivery standards.
Assess Agile maturity and coach teams toward continuous improvement.
Maintain transparency through status reports, burndown charts, and regular communication.
Mandatory Skills:
10+ years of experience working with large distributed IT teams in Agile environments.
7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Certified Scrum Master.
Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
