We create memorable sports experiences while driving the growth of athletes, brands, and venues across India. As we scale into recent cities and formats, we're looking for a Senior Executive; Business Development to own our revenue engine; leading a team, shaping strategy, and turning ambitious targets into a thriving playing community across our venues.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Ownership: Own the P&L; for bookings and event revenue across venues; design and execute growth strategies for existing and upcoming properties.
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a team of Business Development Executives; set targets, drive performance, and create a high-accountability, high-energy culture.
Strategic Partnerships: Lead negotiations with corporates, brands, academies, and institutions to build large-scale, high-value tie-ups that go beyond one-off bookings.
Venue & Operations Oversight:



Drive optimal slot utilization and operational excellence across venues, working closely with venue and operations teams to maximize yield.
Community & Ecosystem Building: Architect leagues, tournaments, and community programs that build sticky, high-retention playing communities at scale.
Market Expansion: Identify new venues, cities, and formats for growth; build the business case and go-to-market plan for expansion.
Institutional Outreach: Build and scale partnership channels with schools, colleges, and sports organizations to drive academy sales pipelines.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as a senior point of contact for key clients, partners, and internal leadership, representing TRP Sports in high-stakes conversations.
Reporting & Insights: Track performance metrics, forecast revenue, and present actionable insights to leadership to inform strategic decisions.
