Position Overview
AllianceIT Inc. is seeking a results-driven Senior Recruiter to support IT and non-IT hiring across the US, LATAM, Canada and India. The ideal candidate will have strong US staffing experience, hands-on VMS/ATS experience, and experience independently managing VMS programs and supporting global implementation partner accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, candidate submissions, interview coordination, follow-ups, and onboarding.
Source candidates through Dice, Monster, Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruiting channels.
Recruit for US, LATAM, Canada and India across IT and non-IT positions.
Independently manage assigned VMS programs and recruiting accounts, including requisitions, candidate submissions, interview coordination, status updates, and follow-ups.
Work with VMS platforms such as VectorVMS, Beeline, VNDLY, ProcureWise, UpGlide, or similar systems.
Support and coordinate with global implementation partners, MSPs,
staffing clients, hiring managers, and delivery teams.
Understand client requirements, prioritize open positions, and deliver qualified candidates within agreed timelines.
Conduct candidate screening and qualification based on job requirements.
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in ATS/VMS systems.
Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and maintain timely communication with candidates and clients.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and high-volume requirements.
Meet recruiting targets, submission goals, interview targets, and placement objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
5+ years of recruiting experience, with strong US staffing experience.
Hands-on experience with VMS and ATS platforms.
Experience independently managing VMS programs/accounts is highly preferred.
