Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Tiruchirappalli. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on promoting the company’s training programs to students, professionals, and institutional partners.



Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation through various channels, prospect outreach, conducting meetings and presentations, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role involves managing accounts, tracking sales pipelines, preparing proposals, and coordinating with training and marketing teams to align offerings with market needs. The Business Development Executive will also monitor market trends, gather feedback, and contribute to strategies that support revenue growth and brand visibility.
Qualifications
Solid new business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert prospects.
