Job Summary
The Senior Power System Engineer will lead and deliver power system studies across HV/MV/LV networks, coordinating with design teams, clients, and global stakeholders. The role involves technical leadership, study execution using ETAP, quality assurance, budget control, and on-time project delivery. Work Location: Bengaluru (WFO)Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
8–14 yearsof experience in T&D; and Power system studies.
Robust expertise in ETAP (Mandatory)
Experience with HV/MV/LV steady-state and dynamic studies
Familiarity with Middle East projects(preferred)
Knowledge ofprotection systems and coordination
Exposure to DIg SILENT, PSCAD, PSS®E, CYMGRD, CYMCAP, Dialuxis an advantage
Excellentcommunication, analytical, and leadership skills
Proficient inwritten and spoken English Key Responsibilities




Perform and reviewpower system studiesincluding Load Flow, Short Circuit, Arc Flash, Harmonics, Motor Starting, Protection Coordination, Grounding, Cable Sizing, Grid Integration, and Transient Stability using ETAP
Preparestudy reports , input data requests, and technical documentation
Conductgrounding grid design , insulation coordination, and protection setting calculations
Ensure compliance with SEC, Saudi Aramco, IEC, IEEE/ANSI, NEC, and NFPA standards
Lead technical coordination with clients, internal teams, and global counterparts
Manageproject budgets, schedules, and quality deliverables
Supportproposal preparation, man-hour estimation, and resource planning
Mentor and providetechnical training to junior engineers
