Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Fire & Safety professional to lead and drive EHS initiatives across plant operations and projects. The role will focus on ensuring regulatory compliance, identifying and mitigating workplace risks, strengthening fire and safety systems, and fostering a proactive safety culture across the organization. Key Responsibilities
Implement and maintain the EHS Management System (ISO 45001)and safety policies.
Conductsafety inspections, audits, HIRA/JSA, and risk assessments.
Manage Permit to Work (PTW), LOTO , and protected work practices for high-risk activities.
Leadincident, accident, and near-miss investigationsand ensure timely CAPA closure.
Drivecontractor safety managementacross project and operational activities.
Ensure compliance with applicablelegal, statutory, and safety requirements.
Managefire safety, emergency preparedness, mock drills, and response plans.




Conductsafety training, toolbox talks, and employee/leadership engagement.
Drive initiatives to build aproactive and positive safety culture. Qualification & Experience
7–12 yearsof relevant EHS/Fire & Safety experience.
Diploma/Certification in Industrial Safety (RLI/ADIS).
NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA , or equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
Experience inproject mobilization, execution, commissioning, and plant operationsis preferred. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Reduction in LTIFR and workplace incidents.
Completion of plannedsafety audits and inspections.
Timely closure of CAPA and safety observations.
Compliance withstatutory and ISO requirements.
Achievement ofsafety training completion targets.
