2. What you'll do
· Build and develop relationships with HNIs, entrepreneurs, professionals and families.




· Generate new relationships through your existing network, referrals, qualified networks and your own prospecting.
· Understand clients beyond their investments - their businesses, families, goals, liquidity and long-term aspirations.
· Act as a custodian and partner in their wealth journey, not just a Relationship Manager servicing a portfolio.
· Gradually take ownership of your own client relationships and build a meaningful wealth-management franchise within Perennial.
3. What are we looking for
· 1–3 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, investment research, broking, investment advisory or a related field.
· Someone with strong existing relationships and a network that trusts them.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
· Genuine interest in investing, financial markets and wealth creation.
· Commercially hungry, persistent and comfortable building relationships from scratch.
