? Key Responsibilities:
• Lead configuration, design, and enhancements across SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing engines.
• Configure complex rate structures, rate types, rate categories, billing schemas, and price keys.
• Set up and optimize billing variants, discounts, surcharges, and franchise fees.




• Manage end-to-end execution of mass billing runs, invoicing processes, and bill print layouts.
• Investigate and resolve billing exceptions, outsorts, and invoicing error logs.
• Ensure seamless data flow and integration between IS-U Billing, Device Management, and FICA.
• Drive functional requirement workshops, blueprinting, SIT/UAT support, and hypercare assistance.

?️ What We’re Looking For:
• 8 to 10 years of dedicated functional configuration experience in SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing.
• Deep expertise in rate determination, schema customization, and pricing logic.
• Strong troubleshooting background handling billing exceptions, reversals, and outsort processing.
• Proven understanding of deregulated energy market dynamics and the meter-to-cash lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and client communication abilities.
