Adolescent girls and young women often navigate a complex range of emotional, psychological, social and family-related challenges while transitioning through school, college, work and early adulthood. Academic and career pressures, changing relationships, family expectations, communication gaps, difficult home environments, gender-based pressures, low self-esteem, social isolation, anxiety, stress and other emotional concerns can significantly impact their overall well-being and ability to thrive.
Our Mental & Emotional Well-being Programme aims to create safe, supportive and non-judgmental spaces where adolescent girls and young women can openly engage with these challenges, develop emotional awareness and healthy coping mechanisms, strengthen self-esteem and resilience, and learn when and how to seek appropriate support.
The programme is being implemented across schools, colleges and community settings in Kolkata, with a solid focus on early awareness, prevention, emotional well-being, psychological support,



and appropriate referral where required.
We are looking for passionate, empathetic and hands-on Psychology professionals and interns who want to contribute meaningfully to this work and engage directly with young people and communities.

Open Positions:
1. PSYCHOLOGIST | Project-Based Engagement
We are looking for qualified Psychology professionals who can contribute to programme delivery, psychological content development and field-based interventions.
Key responsibilities include:
• Facilitating mental health & emotional well-being sessions
• Working directly with adolescent girls and young women
• Developing age-appropriate psychoeducational content and activities
• Supporting psychological screening/assessment as appropriate to qualifications and programme protocols
• Identifying concerns requiring further support and appropriate referral
• Contributing to safeguarding and referral mechanisms
