Role Description This is a full-time Clinical Psychologist role based in Mumbai & Noida, structured as a Full time on-site position. The Clinical Psychologist will conduct individual and group counseling sessions for employees and leaders, focusing on preventive mental health,



emotional safety, and resilience-building. The role involves collaborating with organizational stakeholders to support mental health audits, contribute to workshops and webinars and develop mental health programs and daily rituals that promote well-being. The Clinical Psychologist will also provide & maintain accurate and confidential case records and participate in ongoing program evaluation and improvement.
Qualifications
Robust foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to apply preventive and proactive approaches in organizational settings.
Proficiency in Psychological Testing, including administration, scoring and interpretation of standardized assessments relevant to workplace mental health.
Expertise in Counseling Psychology, with experience providing individual and group interventions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
